OUR STORY

We have been originally established in 2019 as a student rental housing company, but when COVID-19 got underway, we noticed a big increase of domestic travelers, so we changed the focus of our portfolio to short-term rentals. With the help of our Master Lease Partnership Agreement, we have worked with both residential and commercial landlords. Guaranteed income for the property owner, no concern over unpaid rent, and no possibility of eviction.

Trust and Safety

Each apartment has ring video cameras mounted at the entryway that are always being watched. Each unit has a noise detector embedded inside of it that, if the noise level rises beyond a specified dB level, alerts our local on-site support team. Each door has a smart lock installed, and each visitor receives a unique code that is then removed after check-out.

In-House Cleaning Staff

We don't outsource our cleaning to another firm; all of our cleaning crew is personally hired by us. This enables us to maintain a professional level of cleanliness following each stay and to have the greatest quality control over our cleaning standards. Because we understand how crucial cleaning is for receiving 5 Star Reviews, our crew is taught to pay attention to even the smallest of details.
